Anna Levina hails from Kiev, a city with historical ties to the former Soviet Union. Her musical odyssey commenced in her early years, reaching its pinnacle when she completed her musical education at the age of 14. During her time at the music school, Anna immersed herself in the art of crafting diverse melodies, a passion she continued to nurture post-graduation, creating music not only for herself but also for her family.
In 1989, amid the dissolution of the Soviet Union, Anna, along with her husband, two children, and other relatives, bid farewell to Kiev, Ukraine, embarking on a new chapter in the United States. There, she devoted herself to diligent work, laboring from early morning until late at night. As her children embarked on their college journeys, Anna recognized an opportunity to pursue her own educational aspirations.
